my obsession with the number on the scale led me down an unhealthy path...

As someone who has experienced the ups and downs of fad diets firsthand, I understand the frustration of searching for a solution that truly works. Let me take you through my journey.

After gaining 65 pounds during my first pregnancy, I struggled to shed the weight amidst the chaos of caring for a newborn, teaching, managing household chores, and tending to farm duties. Despite trying popular diets like the 21-day fix, the struggle continued, and it took over a year to reach my pre-pregnancy weight.

Even during my second pregnancy, despite being more active, I faced postpartum challenges while breastfeeding, which led to feelings of depression and self-doubt.

It wasn't until the end of 2018 that I discovered a Lifestyle that truly changed my outlook.

Before 2018 I had tried another program where I started as a client and later become a coach, With this program it incorporated Intermittent Fasting, Carb Cycling, HIIT workouts, strength training, and macro tracking.

However, with this program I became obsessed with the number on the scale and started having hormonal issues due to IF and my schedule. It led me down an unhealthy path until I had a wake-up call from my husband that made me realize the importance of balance. Today, I may be 10+ pounds heavier, but I'm also stronger and living a lifestyle that includes treats like ice cream with my girls and no longer "Treat Days."

I share my story to remind you that your personal training and nutrition journey is a continuous process, not a destination. Embrace the journey and focus on finding balance and sustainability.
